The Pioneer Woman said that I had to make her Braised Short Ribs and Creamy Goat Cheese Polenta “as soon as humanly possibly”. So I did.
I bought eight huge short ribs from my local butcher. We invited a few friends over and I just kept cooking things until we ended up with an enormous Sunday night feast! We had the short ribs and polenta, along with some mashed potatoes, egg noodles, roasted green beans, and brandied carrots. I had never made polenta before but it was incredibly easy and the goat cheese gave it a great flavor. Everything was delicious and hearty and I had enough leftovers for about two weeks! Thanks PW!
