Tonight I made a roast chicken for dinner. The chicken cost me about $13 and I’m expecting to get several meals out of it, so I think it was a pretty great purchase. This video inspired me and I used their recipe as a guideline.
It looks kind of ugly (partly because it’s a bad shot and partly because I accidentally cut both sides of the chicken), but it was very moist!
The gravy looks extra ugly because of the way it’s dripping, but it was very good; thick and chicken-y. Perhaps I will post the actual recipes I created tomorrow. Perhaps not. I am quite sleep-deprived so I’m going to go remedy that.
