One of my favorite things to eat and something I crave almost constantly is Crispy Chicken Pad Thai from a restaurant that’s relatively close to my house called Pho & I. There are closer places to get Thai food, but Pho & I is my favorite.
Lately, since I’ve been trying to eat a little bit healthier, I have noticed that eating this sort of greasy dish makes me feel lethargic and gives me a slight stomachache. In a way it is sad because I can’t enjoy what I crave, but on the other hand, I’m glad my body is becoming more sensitive to greasy foods. It means I am making some positive changes and my body is noticing.
