November: What’s Cooking?


Here are some of the things I’ve been cooking this month that haven’t made it onto the blog.

Shepherd’s Pie
Salted Chocolate Truffles
Breakfast Empanadas (Egg, cheddar, avocado)
BA Sandwiches (Chicken, salami, avocado, tomato, muenster, on a toasted onion roll)
Carbonara Enhanced (Pasta, pancetta, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, egg)
Pasta Bake (Pasta, chicken, mushrooms, zucchini, marinara, parmesan)

I apologize for the ugliness of the above pictorial arrangement. Clearly internet aesthetics are not my strong suit. It is something I hope to work on… after finals end.
