History and Culture of Food in Italy

I am about to take my Food class final. Why am I online instead of studying? Because I’m confident. I spent a few hours making a study guide and studied it and I even mostly enjoyed the studying process. The reason is because I love this class. My professor is a German food history god and the material is relevant, interesting, and delicious.

On our last class period we had a potluck which I orchestrated.

It may seem obvious, but for someone who struggled to find a major and is still pretty vague on the whole prospective career thing, it’s reassuring to know that:

I love taking classes that I love!
